Welcome to Aeterna Academy. The following Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, learning materials, analytic dashboards, and associated services. By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing our content, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms without exception.
1. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT SECURITY
To access our premium curriculum and platform, you must register a student account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including your password. Credential sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of account access without refund.
2. DISCLAIMER OF FINANCIAL ADVICE
Pure Education: All materials, videos, modules, journals, analysis tools, case studies, and discussions in this Academy are 100% educational and informational. The Academy does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or buy/sell recommendations for specific assets.
Independence of Decisions: All shared market analysis serves as technical case studies. The Student is fully and independently responsible for any market execution decisions taken.
Risk of Speculation: Trading in financial markets involves a high risk of capital loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-DISCLOSURE
Exclusive Ownership: All curriculum designs, modules, videos, analysis graphics, templates, and formulas are the protected Intellectual Property of Aeterna Academy.
Distribution Prohibition: The Student is strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, screen recording, illegally downloading, or duplicating Academy materials.
- Sharing access accounts with third parties for any reason.
- Reselling, redistributing, or publishing any part of the materials to public platforms (such as social media, external telegram groups, etc).
Legal Sanctions: Intellectual property violations will result in immediate termination of access, permanent ban, and legal claims for material damages.
4. STUDY COMMITMENT & RISK MANAGEMENT
Process vs Instant Results: This Academy is not a get-rich-quick scheme. The Student commits to respecting the long-term learning process, mastering economic foundations, and avoiding expectations of instant results without consistent dedication.
System Compliance & Emotional Control: The Student commits to studying the trading methodology taught completely and systematically before executing trades on a real account. The Student commits to applying healthy risk boundaries and not blaming the Academy for fluctuations or losses experienced due to inability to control emotions, over-trading, or revenge trading on personal accounts.
5. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT
Professional Environment: The Student agrees to maintain healthy, polite, objective, and professional communication in all Academy communication channels (including Discord servers, forums, or discussion groups).
Prohibition of Negative Activities: Zero-tolerance against:
- Toxic behavior, insults, provocation, or harassment between fellow members or towards mentors.
- Unauthorized promotional practices, spamming, or attempts to recruit Academy members into external businesses/communities without written permission.
Revocation of Access: Violations will result in the immediate revocation of access to the entire Academy ecosystem, without refund.
Right to Appeal: A restriction does not delete your account outright — your data, learning progress, and journal history remain intact during the grace period. When your account is restricted, we give you a 30-day deadline and a dedicated page where you can write an appeal directly from your account. A real person on our team reads it, not an automated system, and you will get a written response. If your appeal is accepted, your access is fully restored. If 30 days pass without an accepted appeal, the account becomes eligible for permanent removal at our team's discretion — never automatic, and never sooner than that. 6. FEES, TRANSACTIONS, & REFUND POLICY
All payments for accessing Aeterna Academy subscription tiers are processed securely via verified payment gateway partners. Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, all successful transactions are final. Aeterna Academy operates under a strict No-Refund Policy once access is provisioned to your account.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
